Catch up time
Hello,
It has been a while since I’ve written.
Since we last spoke, I have been continuing to massage every weekend at In Touch Massage and have seen many of your faces! Also, I was promoted, last summer, to office manager at Avon Pediatrics. It has been a transition but the combo of jobs has been a wonderful balance of different types of work.

What have you been doing to take care of yourself lately?
I had a coach and friend separately remind me me last week that I really need to carve out time for myself so I have been trying to incorporate that latelyIf you’ve been thinking about how you need a massage soon, this is the sign it’s time to schedule!
